La Moderna’s Standout Display Solution

La Moderna was seeking a new packaging solution for its 220g pasta presentation. They needed a design solution to address practical concerns around packaging strength, durability, adaptability, efficiency and sustainability that had challenged previous display formats. Beyond the required strength to support double-stacking of heavy pasta products, the company sought to enhance its retail presence while providing easy access to all products, even at the back of the display.

While visiting one of our Experience Centers, La Moderna and our team began to brainstorm and explore new possibilities. Through close collaboration, careful dimension validation and multiple prototype iterations, our experts developed a fully corrugated solution using trays and modular inserts that would support, organize and stabilize the product for a tidy retail presentation while offering operational flexibility and efficiency. Additionally, our graphics experts proposed a continuous pallet billboard effect using high-quality digital printing that La Moderna was excited to launch.
