Designed to hold two premium whisky bottles, the packaging helps safeguard the contents during transit while guiding customers through a layered unboxing experience that reflects Stauning’s heritage, craftsmanship, and commitment to quality.

The Challenge

Stauning Whisky needed packaging that could securely hold two fragile bottles during transport while offering a memorable unboxing experience that engages customers from the moment they see the box. The design also had to convey the brand’s story and premium quality, reflecting its craftsmanship, heritage, and attention to detail at every stage.

The Approach

We developed introduced a packaging solution designed to open like a book, gradually revealing the brand’s story and culminating in the unveiling of the bottle. The box features high-quality printing on both the interior and exterior, reflecting Stauning’s visual identity and commitment to detail. Two custom inserts secure the bottle in place, while an integrated tear strip and adhesive closure ensure easy opening and efficient packing.

The Result

The final packaging solution blends robust protection with a refined, premium aesthetic — crafted entirely from sustainable, paper-based materials. Every layer is thoughtfully designed to create a memorable unboxing journey, ensuring the whisky bottles remain secure throughout transport.
